At Troy Church, our youth ministry—called Equip—exists to help students grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith in everyday life. Based on Ephesians 4:12–13, our goal is to equip students for maturity, ministry, and mission. We do this through a weekly gathering that includes food, games, a message from God’s Word, and small group discussions led by caring adult leaders.
Equip is a place where 7th–12th grade students are known, discipled, and encouraged. We are building a culture of strong personal relationships and intentional discipleship, where leaders walk alongside students and help them take ownership of their faith. Whether it’s learning how to read the Bible, navigating life’s challenges, or serving others, our desire is to prepare students to follow Jesus faithfully now and for a lifetime.
