New to Troy Church?
Here are some questions and answers to help guide you through your first visit.

Q: What should I wear to church?

A: You’ll find people at our church wearing everything from jeans and t-shirts to dresses and button-downs. Whether you’re most comfortable in casual clothes or prefer to dress up, you’re welcome here. There’s no dress code or expectation to wear anything specific—we believe God cares more about your heart than your outfit.

Q: Where do my kids go during the service?

A: Kids from nursery through 3rd grade are part of Troy Kids, our ministry designed to help children begin building a lifelong faith in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

  • Nursery through Kindergarten: After checking in at the iPad kiosks, these children go directly to Troy Kids before the service begins.
     ▸ Pick-up is in the Media Center.

  • 1st–3rd Grade: These kids join families in the worship service and are dismissed to Troy Kids just before the message.
     ▸ Pick-up is in the 100 Building (the first building to the right up the hill).

During Troy Kids, your child will hear Bible stories, play games, enjoy snacks, and do crafts—all while learning how the whole Bible points to Jesus.

Q: How long is the service?

A: Our service begins at 10:00 a.m. and typically ends between 11:10 and 11:20 a.m.
